Job:

Since 2006 I lead the office for Sports Injury Analysis of the ARAG Sports Insurance.
Before I worked in the working area Sports Injury Reasearch and Prevention at the Department of Sports Medicine und Sports Nutrition of the Ruhr-University Bochum.

Qualifications:

• Certified Sports Scientist (Focus: prevention und rehabilitation)
• Psych-K®-Adviser
• Right now I am in the teacher training to become a yoga teacher in the Patañjali-Yoga School of Lars Rimböck

• experience in strength training since 1995
• personal yoga experience since 2001
• attended a Yoga seminar of Sri. S. Rajagopalan from 25.-26. April 2009
• Initiation into Kriya Yoga by Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath from 3.-5. July 2009
