Between 3. and 5. July 2009 I was initiated into the science of Kriya Yoga by Yogiraj GuruNath Siddhanath. Since then my Kriya Yoga practice is regular.
In spring 2010 I visited Yogiraj in his ashram near Pune, India, where he trained me in the practice of Kriya Yoga. During a workshop in London on November 27, 2010, Yogiraj initiated me into the teachers rank of a Senior Hamsacharya. On 18th of December 2010 I opended the Hamsa Yoga Sangh Center NRW in Münster, Germany together with Lars Rimböck. Please visit our website for more information.
